Shipping FAQ (Frequently asked Questions)
Items purchased from this online store, ship from Hamilton, Ontario Canada via Fedex or other common carrier.
Most liquids
must ship by ground. We use Fedex as they insure liquids as well as other packages. Packaging, water or oil based materials can ship by air if selected
during the check out process.
Payments are processed by credit card, Amex, Master Card and Visa are accepted. Items are charged in Canadian dollars. You may also pay
by bank transfer or prepaid by cheque.
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If an item is shipped by prepay and add
through one of our couriers and is proven to be damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If an item is shipped on your own courier
account you will need to seek reimbursement from the carrier and order a replacement with the proceeds. This proves inconvenient to you our customer therefore we prefer to ship only by carriers that will insure your shipment.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of product(s) for their particular application prior to making a purchase from this site.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the proper care, handling and use of the purchased products. KPR Adcor Inc. is in no matter whatsoever
